Listen To What Happy Parents and Players Have To Say...

My daughter and her teammates have been fortunate enough to take lessons with Marisa over the past few years. Marisa establishes an excellent environment for growth and development individualized to each player. Her attention to detail of specific skill sets during training, on and off the ice, provide ample opportunities of continuing improvement for players of any age.

Marisa has come out multiple times to conduct skills sessions for our girls U8 team.  The girls loved it and could not stop talking about it.

We have worked with Coach Raspa on ice hockey development for over three years. Her on ice resume is excellent, as she played the highest level of women's competition, from youth AAA to NCAA Division 1 to the Professional level. She continually pushes her students to work on skills, not just to be proficient but to strive and aspire for being better. Marisa gets her students to perform outside their comfort zones through various techniques. She is able to build a wonderful rapport with clients that goes beyond the ice. Whether it is questions about playing, recruiting, or just everyday questions, she is always willing to listen and help guide to an appropriate answer. We value her expertise and are fortunate to have her guiding us on the youth sports journey.

I’ve played hockey for about 10 years now and have tons of lessons, with many different instructors, but Marisa has by far been my favorite. She has pushed me to become a better hockey player not only with my mental state but with my physical state as well. I met with her almost every other day of the week during the summer and by the end of the summer I saw a drastic change in my skills as a hockey player. Raspa has also become a mentor to me; her work ethic and positive attitude are extremely contagious. Overall, Marisa has pushed me to be a more skilled hockey player and person over the few years I have known her.
